The Goznin mobile application is owned and operated by Goznin Technologies, LLC. Throughout the app, terms like “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Goznin Technologies, LLC. By using this app and its services, you agree to abide by all terms, conditions, policies, and notices outlined here.

By accessing the app or purchasing bookings through it, you accept our “Service” and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the app or its services.

We may update these Terms periodically. Any new features or tools added to the app will also fall under these Terms. You can review the latest version of the Terms at any time on this page.

When you book a venue or use our services, we collect the personal information you provide (e.g., name, email, address) to process your requests.

Goznin is not responsible for collaborations users may establish with managers outside the official company framework.

If a user collaborates with one of our managers independently of Goznin, the company cannot be held liable for any resulting disputes or outcomes.

The name Goznin, its logo, and all related visuals are the property of Goznin Technologies, LLC and are protected by copyright. Using these elements without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

The app is designed for professional and amateur sports-related activities. Any use that promotes hate, profanity, defamation, or discrimination is strictly forbidden. Violators may have their accounts permanently banned from the platform.

We may disclose personal information if legally required to do so or if you breach our Terms of Service.

Payments processed through the app are secured following industry standards (PCI- DSS compliance). Your payment data is encrypted and only stored as long as necessary to complete transactions. Afterward, all sensitive data is deleted.

Valid for 30 days from payment confirmation.

Auto-renewal is enabled by default. Your payment method will be charged monthly until you cancel.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the remaining days of the subscription.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current annual billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the remaining months of the subscription.

Cancel auto-renewal directly through your phone’s subscription settings. Note that cancellations cannot be processed through the app itself.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. No refunds will be given for early cancellations; access remains active until the end of the billing period.

We take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Although no method of data transmission is 100% secure, we comply with all recognized industry standards.

Our app may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites. We recommend you review their policies before sharing personal information.
