Some areas of the GoznIn Platform may allow verified members of the GoznIn Association to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available photos, match footage, reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Goznin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of promoting the platform and its features.
You are solely responsible for any User Content you provide, and you agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable. GoznIn reserves the right to remove or moderate any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Use of certain features of the platform, including but not limited to content creation, event participation, and profile visibility, is reserved exclusively for members of the GoznIn Association. Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or any applicable policies.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by local law) to use the platform. By accessing GoznIn, you confirm that you meet the age and eligibility requirements.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. GoznIn may collect data such as your name, contact information, location, device data, match statistics, and interactions on the platform. This data is used to provide services such as match coordination, profile recommendations, and tournament logistics.

GoznIn reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these rules.
In the event of a dispute between users (e.g., player misconduct, booking issues, or referee disputes), GoznIn may, but is not obligated to, intervene or mediate. Users can report inappropriate behavior or content using in-app tools or by contacting our support team.
We reserve the right to take corrective action, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans based on the severity of the violation.
Some services offered on the platform, such as premium features, pitch bookings, or player promotion packages, may require payment. All fees are displayed prior to purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Chargebacks and fraudulent disputes may result in account termination.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Usernames:
When you choose a username that can be seen by other users, you must abide by the following guidelines. If Goznin finds such a name to be offensive or improper, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change or remove the name and/or suspend or terminate your use of the service.
You may not use any name:
Belonging to another person with the intent to impersonate that person.
That incorporates vulgar language or which is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
That is subject to the rights of another person or entity without written authorization.
That refers to a popular culture figure, celebrity, media personality, or icon.
That is, contains, or is substantially similar to a trademark or service mark.
Password Security:
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and must notify us immediately if unauthorized access to their account is suspected. Users are accountable for all activities conducted under their account.
Eligibility:
By using the Goznin Application, users warrant that they are above 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Account Suspension and Closure:
We reserve the right to suspend access to user accounts or permanently close them if unauthorized access or abuse of our services is detected.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Goznin Application does not transfer to users any intellectual property owned by Goznin or third parties. All trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Goznin or its licensors.
Users agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Goznin Application or its content unless specifically authorized by Goznin.

Personal details: phone number, email address, first and last name, gender, date of birth.
Technical details: device information, session duration, app updates, operating systems.
Permissions: camera, contacts, social media accounts, photo library.
DATA CONTROLER
The Data Controller is the entity that determines, either independently or jointly with others, the purposes and means of processing Personal Data, including security measures for the operation and use of this Application. Unless otherwise specified, the Data Controller for this Application is Goznin.

The service provided by this Application, as described in the relevant terms and on this site/application.
Cookies
Cookies are Trackers consisting of small data sets stored in the User’s browser.
We do not currently use cookies. If we do implement them in the future, it will solely be to enhance your user experience.
Tracker
Trackers include any technology—e.g., Cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons, embedded scripts, e-tags, and fingerprinting—that enables user tracking by accessing or storing information on the User’s device.
OWNERSHIP
All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights related to this Application (including, but not limited to, titles, trademarks, service marks, trade names, computer code, themes, artwork, animations, sounds, methods of operation, and related documentation) are owned by Goznin.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Goznin, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of money, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your access or inability to access the Application;
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Users are solely responsible for the information they submit or provide through this Application.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goznin, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claims, liability, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from a breach by you of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Algeria.
If disputes cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of notification, the parties agree to refer the matter to the competent courts in Oran, Algeria.
TERMINATION
This license remains valid until either you or Goznin terminates it. Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the Application and delete all copies.
LANGUAGE
The English version of these Terms and Conditions prevails in case of inconsistencies.
